Under Georgia law (House Bill 156) all utilities and agencies in Georgia are required to submit cyber incidents to GEMA/HS. GEMA/HS does not provide cybersecurity incident response services to private citizens who are victims of internet related crimes such as compromised internet connected devices, email addresses, or social media accounts.
