Georgia Funds for Protection of Communities (FPC)
The State of Georgia set aside $5,000,000 from the Amended Fiscal Year 2027 state budget for a competitive grant to support the Non-Profit Security Grant Funds for Protection of Communities (FPC) Program in the state. Eligible applicants for the FPC grant are the State of Georgia Non-Profit Organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code and provide services in Georgia. Organizations must also be at risk of a terrorist/extremist attack or have identified security concerns.
Cost-share or match is not required for the FY 2027 Georgia Funds for Protection of Communities Grant.

The FY27 Georgia Funds for Protection of Communities (FPC) Grant will open for applications October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
