(ATLANTA) – The Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency is implementing a new grants Management system, Georgia EMGrantsPro. This new system will provide a more up to date, web-based method for grants management for both GEMA/HS grants administration staff as well as for the subgrantees. The system will enable subgrantees to do the following tasks in the system electronically: apply for grants, make requests such as reimbursement requests, budget adjustments, time extensions, scope changes, etc., monitor grant activities (providing visibility on the status of request), and file quarterly reports.

Applicants need to register as first-time users in the system. The Download this pdf file. Getting Started Guide for the Georgia EMGrantsPro System provides additional information for logging in to the new system. The information will provide step-by-step instructions on how to get registered. However, if applicants experience issues getting registered, they can send an email to [email protected] or call the Preparedness Grants & Programs Division for assistance at (404) 635-7014.
